On Tuesday, September 20th, Mountain View City Council will decide whether to add bike lanes to Escuela Avenue, in front of Castro and Mistral Elementary Schools.  This will make it feasible for students to bike to school.

The meeting is scheduled to start at 6:30.  The presentation of Item 6.1 (Agenda here) will likely begin around 6:40, followed by council questions, then public comments.  Council will then deliberate, then vote.  This may be as early as 7:30, depending on how many people come to speak.
